Meet Stephanie

she/her

Stephanie is a neurodivergent lawyer dedicated to coaching and advancing neurodiverse inclusion in the legal profession.

While in law school, she worked at the Academic Resource Center, offering one-on-one coaching to students with diverse learning needs. As a Teaching Assistant, she also lead workshops on creating learning strategies, stress management and prioritization.

After mentoring and supporting peers and aspiring law students, Stephanie founded Growthset Coaching to offer tailored support to neurodiverse students and others looking for personalized support.

Stephanie holds a B.A. in Political Science from Mount Holyoke College and graduated cum laude from Western Michigan University- Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
